Delivery Information

For complete peace of mind we only deliver our products via UPS our shipping prices and options are available on our shopping cart pages

Delivery Times

As Standard for UK addresses we ship via UPS 24-48 hours service where most packages are delivered next day (for orders before 9am)

Despatch Dates

When you place an order you are given the option of specifying a "despatch date" this is the date you would like your order to be sent out - depending on what delivery option you choose your order will be delivered in the specified time period after the date you select ,for UK mainland this will normally be the next day after the despatch date

Despatch Days

We normally despatch daily from Monday to Friday - however we do not despatch orders on a Friday which contain fresh chilled goods (smoked meats or cheese) the only exception is if you select the saturday delivery option (for UK mainland only)
